Service Opportunities:

• The American Red Cross in Harrisonburg needs Blood Donor Ambassadors to help out at their blood drives! You would be responsible for greeting donors, singing them in, thanking them after their donation, and overall making sure donors have a good experience. Hours for the fixed site in Harrisonburg are Tuesday and Wednesday 11-7 and Thursday 9-5. There are also mobile donation sites throughout the area at various times.

  • Each ambassador will be required to do two shifts a month, which are usually 4 hour shifts. To sign up go to www.redcross.org/Volunteertoday
